For our team in Effretikon, we are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) who builds and expands Eaton’s product and service business in this segment.
Our new team member is responsible for building, maintaining, and growing Eaton’s product and service business in the Power Quality Products and Data Center area. In this role, you are responsible for revenue and order targets with assigned Power Quality partners and identify new potential customers. You build relationships with customers and use Eaton’s expertise and resources to offer technical and commercial solutions. Your goal is to ensure the growth course in this strategically important business area.
Your tasks: Market analysis and customer relationships: Systematic analysis of the market and building relationships with Power Quality partners and Data Center customers Revenue and order targets: Responsibility for achieving revenue and order targets in the assigned customer accounts New customer acquisition: Identification and approach of new potential customers Recognize customer needs: Building insights and relationships with customer organizations to understand their operational challenges and needs. Creation of technical and commercial offers: Use of Eaton’s expertise and resources to generate comprehensive offers for products and services Planning, organization, and implementation of product presentations, training, and sales promotion measures: with support from marketing and product support sales Our requirements for you: Technical qualification/certification: Electrical engineering or IT technical qualification. Direct experience with data centers or critical energy infrastructure is an advantage.
Professional experience: At least 3 years in sales or in a technical role in the field of data centers, IT, or telecommunications infrastructure
Skills: Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and adept at building relationships
Process and administration knowledge: Confident in dealing with administrative tasks, especially with CRM systems
Follow-up skills: Consistent in following up on activities German and English in spoken and written form, French is an extra plus.
